ITS Logistics announced that Scott Pruneau has been appointed CEO of the company effective immediately. Pruneau previously held the position of EVP and Chief Commercial Officer and will be replacing Dan Allen, acting CEO and co-founder of ITS Logistics.

“We began an extensive nationwide search for a talented and experienced logistics professional to lead ITS and ultimately concluded that Scott was the clear choice to promote to the CEO role,” said Allen. “In his existing role, Scott has been tasked with leading our executive team, developing our three-year strategic plan, and creating our 2019 budgets. These efforts will help us to continue on our path to become one of the premier logistics companies in the western United States.”

“ITS Logistics has a strong foundation and rich history of delivering creative logistics solutions for our customers,” said Pruneau. “Our mix of transportation and distribution services, knowledge and ability to serve evolving supply chains, and exceptional culture leave us very well positioned to achieve our mission. I am incredibly humbled and excited for the opportunity to lead the ITS team.”

Pruneu is a 25 year veteran of the supply chain industry. Prior to joining ITS Logistics, he served as Chief Business Development Officer for Redwood Logistics, EVP of Operations for Freightquote, President of CRST Logistics, and held various leadership roles with Knight Transportation and C.H. Robinson. Scott has also served as a board member for the Transportation Intermediaries Association.
