Tobias Waldeck Named VP Sales, Marketing and Remarketing at Daimler Truck Financial U.S.
Daimler Truck Financial has announced that Tobias Waldeck has been named Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Remarketing for Daimler Truck Financial.
The group provides a broad range of financial and insurance services to support Daimler Trucks North America’s commercial vehicle brands, which include: Freightliner; Western Star; Thomas Built Buses; Mitsubishi Fuso; and Sprinter.
Waldeck joined the company in 1994 as the Controller of Credit Risk for Mercedes-Benz Bank in Germany and has since worked in various countries across all continents in the areas of finance.
In his new position, Waldeck is responsible for delivering a range of financial products and services for the business partners, dealers and customers of Daimler Trucks North America’s commercial vehicle brands. He also plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
