Graymills Parts Washer

Check out the Graymills BTV Series ultrasonic parts washers — perfect for for tight, job site or “cell” cleaning applications where a small footprint combined with fast, thorough cleaning is needed.

Ultrasonic cleaning is based on a cavitation effect caused by high frequency ultrasonic wave vibrations in fluid. Microscopic bubbles are formed and implode (cavitation) which provides an intense scrubbing action on the surface of the item being cleaned. Additionally, the bubbles are small enough to penetrate even microscopic crevices, cleaning them thoroughly and consistently.

Constructed of stainless steel, the corrosion-resistant tanks have a lift-off cover with handle and are available in five sizes, from 1/2- to-8 gal capacities. Stainless steel parts baskets are available, sold separately. Digital controls set and let the user monitor the ultrasonic and heater functions, control cycle times and temperature settings up to 175 degrees F (80 degrees C). The built-in heater allows for quick start-up and use, cutting lost waiting time. Graymills’ standard one year warranty is also extended to this small parts washer.
