Allied Specialty Vehicles, Inc. Acquires Ambulance Manufacturer SJC Industries

Fire TruckAllied Specialty Vehicles (ASV), a leading $1 billion sales producer of specialty vehicles to the Fire & Emergency, Commercial & Industrial and Recreational Vehicles markets worldwide, has annnounced that it has purchased ambulance manufacturer SJC Industries from Thor Industries in an asset transaction. 

SJC Industries manufactures a full line of ambulances distributed under the McCoy-Miller and Marque brands.
