CarCharging Continues to Operate EV Charging Stations under DoE Grant

CarChargingCar Charging Group, a nationwide provider of  EV (electric vehicle) charging services, will continue to operate the EV Project’s charging stations while the company works with the Department of Energy (“DoE”) to transfer its grant supporting the EV Project to CarCharging.

The charging stations were acquired under an asset purchase agreement in October 2013 by Blink Acquisition, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CarCharging. The DoE has extended the term of its grant until April 30, 2014, to allow the DoE and CarCharging to continue work on the transference of the grant.
