CDL applicant tracking system and OTA partner to eliminate pain points within the driver recruitment process

DriverReach, a mobile-enabled recruiting management system for hiring CDL drivers, has been designated an endorsed partner of the Oklahoma Trucking Association (OTA).

The Oklahoma Trucking Association was established in 1932. It is a non-profit, full-service trade association formed to promote and protect the interests of the trucking industry within Oklahoma. Several hundred trucking companies belong to the association, along with allied organizations, forming a strong, cohesive voice to protect and promote the industry, its interests and its employees. Members range in size, type and operational function, as they represent all facets of the carrier business, eager to make a positive impact.

“Leading organizations like the OTA are working to help trucking companies eliminate their workforce concerns as they seek quality talent,” said DriverReach CEO Jeremy Reymer. “It’s our goal that by partnering with the OTA, we can eradicate pain points their members experience throughout the recruiting process. We strive to provide top-notch tools and support to get drivers into trucks more effectively and efficiently.”

“Partnering with DriverReach can help reduce concerns and barriers our members encounter when looking to identify and hire qualified drivers,” said Jim Newport, president and CEO of the OTA. “Their user-friendly technology provides distinct, quantifiable advantages for fleets, as attracting and recruiting drivers becomes increasingly difficult, elevating the industry, as a whole.”
