FMCSA Hosts Next Truck Leasing Task Force Meeting

TLTF is charged with examining the terms, conditions, and equitability of common truck leasing arrangements

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will hold the next meeting of the Truck Leasing Task Force (TLTF) at 10:00 am ET on Thursday, January 18, 2024. This virtual meeting is open to the public, and pre-registration is required. Please register on our website.

Chartered by the Secretary of Transportation in 2022, the TLTF is charged with examining the terms, conditions, and equitability of common truck leasing arrangements, particularly as they impact owner-operators and trucking businesses subject to such agreements.
