| May 28, 2014

Advanced DisposalLytx, Inc. (formerly DriveCam), a leader in driver safety and compliance solutions, has announced that it has signed a full-fleet deployment agreement with Advanced Disposal, the largest privately-owned environmental services company and one of the top five solid waste companies in the United States.

The agreement covers the deployment of the DriveCam powered by Lytx™ video-based safety solution in 2,800 Advanced Disposal vehicles.

“Driver safety is of critical importance in any industry, especially an industry like waste services that operates heavy vehicles in high-traffic areas,” said Brandon Nixon, chief executive officer and chairman for Lytx.

Advanced Disposal services more than 2.3 million residential customers, as well as more than 302,000 commercial, industrial and construction customers. They collect over 7 million tons of waste annually.

DriveCam powered by Lytx improves safety by combining video with predictive analytics, real-time driver feedback and coaching, resulting in significant reductions in collision-related costs and improved miles per gallon (MPG).

Using the patented Lytx Engine™, the DriveCam Program identifies and prioritizes risk so the carrier can focus on the drivers who need the most coaching.

The end-to-end workflow makes managing the program easy and drives results by tracking both driving and coaching improvement.

An in-vehicle device captures driving behavior events, which are reviewed and scored by trained professionals, and then passed on to the fleet for use in coaching drivers.
