Megabus Fleet Grows, Reaches 35 Million Passengers
Megabus.com, the first city-to-city, express bus company with fares from $1, has served 35 million passengers across North America as of April 2nd.
With a growing fleet and fares starting as low as $1, plus a reservation fee, megabus.com has expanded rapidly over the course of its seven-year existence, from serving seven cities to/from Chicago in April 2006 to now serving more than 120 cities across North America.
Notable service expansions over the last three months include the additions of Columbia, S.C. and Fayetteville, N.C., helping megabus.com reach 32 states served.
In the last year, the company has increased sales by 20.3 percent in North America.

Megabus.com, a subsidiary of Coach USA, launched in April 2006 and is one of the largest city-to-city express bus service providers in North America. In addition to affordable fares, megabus.com offers customers green-certified double-decker buses with free Wi-Fi, power outlets, seat belts, restrooms and are wheelchair accessible.
