Nationwide & Samsara Partnership

As one of the largest insurance and financial service providers in the US, Nationwide offers coverage and services to organizations of all sizes, including: property, casualty, personal lines, and specialty insurance coverage. Starting this month, Nationwide will provide a subsidy to eligible insureds who install Samsara telematics solutions and meet safety-focused key performance indicators.

“As we continue to listen to our members, we know that our trucking clients seek innovative solutions to protect their drivers, their trucks, their reputations and ultimately, their livelihoods,” said Gary Flaherty, Vice President E&S Commercial Auto at Nationwide. “This new capability will bring needed protection and ease to these clients to defend against outside hazards and learn from operational insights that translates to their bottom lines.”

Additionally, Samsara has created a dedicated team to focus on overall customer success. Nationwide insureds will receive strategic product implementation consultation to support the investment for their fleet. “Our goal is for Nationwide E&S insureds to experience a seamless level of service from both Nationwide and Samsara that will bring exceptional value to their business,” said Iain Denham, Senior Director, Global Partner Sales at Samsara.
