New Approach to Pallet Rack Storage Systems
Next Level Storage Solutions has announced its official company launch with the unveiling of a new approach to pallet rack storage systems.
Called FlexRack Pallet Rack, the product has been engineered to meet today’s demanding and ever-changing needs for warehouse logistics managers.
“With welded design, customers are in a box. We saw a need to think outside the box, and FlexRack allows for that,” says Engineer David Segal.
FlexRack features, according to the company include:
- 100% Bolted Connections – stronger than welded pallet rack storage systems and far more cost-effective to ship
- Superior Bracing – hefty closed-lip C-bracing, more durable and abuse-resistant than most U-bracing
- Fast, Easy Assembly – perfectly straight posts (vs. traditional wedge-shaped) allow for quick, easy bracing connection
- Flexible Design – easy, bolted assembly and a variety of frame depths and heights, up to 47′ per piece, for standard and custom application requirements
- Compatible Frames – column profile matches most other pallet rack manufacturer’s teardrop design, making it easy to add-on to existing systems
- Galvanized Steel – bracing and base plates constructed of galvanized steel at no extra cost, preventing rusting and chipping like paint alternatives
- Powder Coat Paint Finish – available in numerous standard and custom colors, providing a uniform, long-lasting finish
Next Level Storage reports that it can deliver a complete pallet rack system in half the time of conventional suppliers.
