New Armored Mercedes-Benz Sprinter from INKAS

| September 30, 2014

New Armored Mercedes-Benz Sprinter from INKAS INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing has designed, produced and deployed a new armored Mercedes-Benz Sprinter built for the transportation of monetary goods and other  valuables.

The newest iteration of an armored Sprinter by INKAS® is able to accommodate approximately 1200 additional pounds of cargo without a single modification to the vehicle’s suspension system – an industry first.

Increased payload is achieved through the careful engineering of a new body shell built using industry-leading composites as well as proprietary light-weight armoring materials and components.

The new armored vehicle tops past models as a result of its lower gross vehicle weight (GVW) as well as lower drag coefficient and center of gravity.

The interior of the cash in transit van also stands out from the crowd as INKAS® designers incorporated three fully separate compartments within the vehicle adding an enhanced safety layer atop of the already bulletproof vehicle.
