AlertDriving, a global leader in driver risk management, has announced a new partnership that will extend its behavior-based risk mitigation solutions across Europe’s largest fleet consultancy network.

Affiliated with Fleet Logistics International, Romania-based Globexpert works with multinational companies to plan and implement fleet-wide risk management programs. From fleet auditing to driver training, risk management to cost analysis reporting, Globexpert offers dynamic, multi-faceted outsourcing to identify any number of efficiency gaps limiting a fleet’s profit potential.

In this arrangement, Globexpert serves as a single point of contact for a range of time-consuming services, whether managing supplier relationships, monitoring and controlling monthly fuel consumption, and even overseeing accident management practices—including vehicle recovery and repairs.

“With the scale, speed and reach of telematics, FleetDefense can deliver test-based risk reporting on a full range of core competencies, including by violation and collision type, down to each driver,” explains Rob Martin, Vice President of Sales at AlertDriving. “The program trains the way the brain learns best, at regular intervals, not only improving lesson retention by up to 150%—but also unlocking long-term training data that managers can monitor, over time, to assess improvement.”

To begin, drivers simply log over an SSL-secured connection, take courses targeting each driver’s specific risk areas, and managers can monitor and compare test scores—either by region, business unit or driver—all from FleetDefense’s centrally managed, single-source platform.

AlertDriving notes that it has over 2 million drivers trained and is dedicated to helping global fleets identify, mitigate and monitor their risk exposure.
