Roadrunner Transportation Systems Appoints Presidents for Its Three Business Segments

RoadrunnerRoadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. (NYSE: RRTS) has announced the appointment of a president for each of its three business segments.

Grant Crawford joins Roadrunner as President of the company’s Less-than-Truckload (LTL) segment.

Patrick McKay has been promoted to President of Truckload Logistics (TL).

Kevin Charlebois has been promoted to President of Transportation Management Solutions (TMS).

The three new segment presidents will report to Brian van Helden, Chief Operating Officer (COO). These appointments complete the reorganization of Roadrunner’s executive management team, a transition that began in January 2014 with the promotion of van Helden to COO.

With the promotion of McKay and Charlebois, the addition of Crawford, and the previously announced appointment of Mark Peterson to Executive Vice President of Sales in June, the company’s executive management team now has seven members.

Other executive officers are Mark DiBlasi, President and Chief Executive Officer, Brian van Helden, Chief Operating Officer and Peter Armbruster, Chief Financial Officer.
