Dedicated support representatives resolve issues and ensure fleet safety and success

Ryder System, Inc.  announced that it has launched a nationwide rollout of Ryder Assist Now (RAN), an innovative single-source customer support center. Following a successful year-long pilot program in regions across North America, RAN now offers a centralized point of contact to all Fleet Management Solutions (FMS) customers and those with questions about RyderGyde. With RAN, customers now have the option to simply call, email, or chat with RAN’s intelligent routing system and dedicated support representatives to resolve issues and ensure fleet safety and success.

“In keeping with Ryder’s longstanding tradition of innovation and technological leadership, Ryder Assist Now was designed with our current and future customer needs in mind,” said Bill Dawson, Vice President, Maintenance, Engineering, and Customer Service, Ryder. “A demonstration of progress to create a customer-centric culture, RAN’s centralized approach enables us to track calls, examine root cause issues, implement operational improvements, and continually elevate the customer experience. We’ve seen great success since we launched the pilot program last year, and we’re looking forward to delivering a high level of customer service on a consistent basis.”

Features of Ryder Assist Now (RAN)

When a customer contacts RAN they will be routed to a specialist who is familiar with their account and ready to answer questions and resolve issues, in areas such as roadside assistance, billing, insurance, fuel ticket inquiries, toll inquiries, telematics support and general customer inquiries. A single point of contact – 1-800-GoRyder or [email protected] – enables customers to quickly and efficiently find solutions to any questions or problems that may arise during their fleet management relationship with Ryder.
