Reading Truck Completes Acquisition of Three PalFleet Truck Sites
Reading Truck Group announced that it has acquired three upfitting facilities from PalFleet Truck Equipment Company. The three facilities acquired are Nashville, TN, Council Bluffs, IA, and Indianapolis, IN. With these additions, the number of Reading distribution and upfitting facilities has increased to 13 facilities in 11 states.
“The acquisition of these PalFleet locations expands chassis pool availability in the Midwest, enhances service accessibility and elevates brand awareness, from which all Reading distributors can benefit,” said Tom Reynolds, President of Reading Truck Group.
He continued, “We are excited to welcome the former PalFleet employees from the three facilities we acquired today to the Reading team as we continue to build a best in class work truck manufacturing and distribution business.”
